Sounds like there is a lot of interest in this rally.  Glad to see that.  Hopefully more from other states will also be interested in coming to visit our wonderful state of Michigan.  Looking forward to it next year!

We are having snow flurries right now!  BURRRR  Better get the ice skates sharpened up and the sleds waxed.  Won't be long now.

Sandy, Shame on you!!! You used the "S" word (s--w) in your last post. Even though I live just south of you in Indiana I don't like hearing the "S" word being used!!!      Robert

Oh, go ahead and use the "s" word--we would love to see a little "s" here in TN occasionally.  Every so often we get an inch or two and even that is exciting.  I know it can be a pain for those of you who measure the "s" word in feet--I can't even imagine what hardships that can cause.  You can send a little our way maybe on Christmas Eve and Christmas.

Sit around the campfire and listen to Windsors stories. The "s" gets really deep then LOL.

(We all loved Windsors stories at the DC rally. Thanks Windsor)

MI sounds interesting to me. Will know more in a few weeks.

As for Windsor and his stories, a few may need "Pondering".

I was able to contact the campground this morning.  I'm asking questions right now.  Hopefully will know more soon and then I can get this all set up with a new thread that will be linked to this thread.  I did find out that the 2nd weekend in Sept will be a pig roast.  So the 3rd weekend looks like it is just a normal weekend for that campground and so would be a good one for the date of the actual rally weekend.  I had planned for the 2nd weekend to be a time for those that come to go to activities in Frankenmuth, but maybe they would like the pig roast too.

If you have an interest to visit a particular area of Michigan, let us know and we will do our best to get the details for you.  Mark says that there are some of those mini car race places nearby too for those still young at heart.
