I have a 37RDQS and it takes forever to dump the holding tanks especially the black tank.  Ive not that if I can get the front of the trailer about 6 inches higher than level it will dump a lot better.  My 2003 CC was the same way.

Do you use enough water in your black tank? After I dump the black tank I rinse it for at least 30 minutes, then close the valve and let the rinser run for about 5 more minutes to get some water in the tank before using. Don't dump the black tank until it's nearly full and always use a see through elbow between the RV and the hose.

What I have done is install a hand dump valve, available at camping World, on the end of the drain where the hose hooks up. I always keep the gray water tanks closed for a couple of days before I dump the black tank. After the black tank quits running, leave that valve open. I then close the valve at the end of the drain and open both gray tanks, this super back flushes the black tank. Then close both gray tanks and open the hand valve. Watch how much black waste comes out. Repeat this 3 or 4 time and you will be surprised how much waste you see come out. Then add about 10 gallons of water and chemicals.

Another thing I have found is if you use a washer/dryer, keep this tank closed until full then drain and close valve. Recently I had to remove this valve and clean it because I had always kept it open when parked and the lint settled in the valve and plugged it so that it wouldn't close anymore. The full drain process should stop this problem.

I do basicly the same thing, but once the blak tank seems done I close the valve and let the back flus run stirring things up then open the valve again. Gets more stuff out. I do that several times until all that I see coming out is water then close the valve, add water to the tank  before turning it off.. Using the water from the 2 gray tanks to flush the drain pipes and hose is what I do also after I finish dumping the black tank but with the valve to the black tank closed. However, (this is where my medical background kicks in- sorry) I only see one problem with your method, Jerry. Risk of cross contamination into the gray water tanks from the black water as the water runs into the black tank then seeks an equal level in all three. Not trying to be picky but just thought I'd mention that.

My 37RDQS also dumps slow from all of the grey tanks.  I had the factory look at them and all are operating ok with no blockage.  My 30LSTS dumped faster.

My first guess is to check the vents.

It's too bad that the slow dumping problem hasn't been fixed.  I'm thinking maybe it is because of the lack of room in the frame area to get more slope on the drain pipes.
The next time we go on a plant toure that will be something to check out.

I thing you hit the nail on the head.  If I pull the trailer front up hill it will dump a lots better.
