Membership in USAA began with officers only then added Senior NCOs. Now they are opening membership to all former service personnel regardless of time in service. If you know about USAA, if offers, banking, Insurance (home, auto etc) investing services. Worth looking into for those who are not members. It worked from the e-mail I got but not from anything else. Weird. Try this one. I hope it works. Tested it and it did work.
